Edward Cella Art & Architecture is pleased to announce its participation in this year’s edition of the Texas Contemporary Art Fair, taking place October 10 – 13, 2013 at the George Brown Convention Center in Houston. The gallery will be featuring new works by gallery artists: Lynn Aldrich, Adam Berg, Laurie Frick, George Legrady, Ruth Pastine, Adam Silverman, Alex Slade, Lebbeus Woods, and newly available works by Helen Frankenthaler and Agnes Martin.
The gallery continues its curatorial emphasis on the mutually informing disciplines of art, architecture and design, with a unique emphasis on objects and drawings by 20th and 21st century architects. Representing significant emerging and mid-career contemporary artists whose practices engage the architectonics of materiality and space, the gallery’s trajectory remains committed to exploring disciplinary intersections. With an interest in material applications and process oriented practices, the work exhibited at Texas Contemporary is representative of the gallery’s roster.
